The Shootout At Mule Camp is the SASS Sanctioned Great Southeast Regional Championship of Cowboy Action Shooting and is produced by the Single Action Shooting Society in association with The Mule Camp Cowboys.

VENDORS:

The Shootout At Mule Camp hosts vendors of Old West clothing, firearms and accouterments and is expected to draw more than 450 shooters and 200 Conventioneers from across the country.

The Shootout at Mule Camp is a four-day outdoor event, held Thursday through Sunday at The South River Gun Club in Covington Georgia. This venue features easy access to the event, as the Club is located within 12 miles of I-20 & I -75. The event will serve up a schedule of live entertainment, seminars and workshops in addition to the shooting competition.

Event hours are 7:30 a.m. till 5 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and Sunday 7:30 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. Vendors are invited to participate in the evening activities along with the shooters and their families and friends. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the program will feature live music, dancing, and other entertainment. Vendors are encouraged to get in the spirit of the event and dress in old-time Western attire. The time period represented is 1870's to 1900. Baseball caps, tennis shoes, and T-shirts are not appropriate for our program. Please dress appropriately!

ADVERTISING:

The Shootout At Mule Camp will feature a black & white souvenir shooter's program magazine. A limited amount of advertising space will be available to our vendors. Ad rates are as follows:

Full Page - $100
1/2 Page - $75
1/4 Page - $50
1/8 Page - $25

April 1, 2008, is the deadline for placing an ad in the Shootout At Mule Camp program. The above rates are based on the advertiser providing camera-ready copy. We can assist you in producing an ad for an additional fee. For information on program advertising, please contact San Quinton.

VENDOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

REGISTRATION:

All vendors must be SASS members to sell at the Shootout At Mule Camp.
The Shootout At Mule Camp is open to Vendors offering merchandise and services relating to the Old West.
All booth requests must include a $50 deposit. Full payment must be received by March 1, 2008.
The Shootout At Mule Camp vendor space is limited. Registration will be closed when all booth spaces are sold.

SALES TAX PERMIT:

Every vendor is responsible for filing and paying Georgia Sales Tax. Permits are supplied at no charge, and they are easy to obtain. Contact the Georgia Dept of Revenue.

BOOTH SPACE FEES AND INFORMATION:

All vendor spaces must be covered.

BOOTH RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSIT:

A deposit (NO deposits after March 1st) of $50.00 per booth received with your reservation will hold your space.
Full payment is due and payable on March 15, 2008 or space and deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds (subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00) will be made in the event of vendor cancellation by April 1, 2008.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued after April 1, 2008.

ALL BOOTHS:

Appearance of vendor must conform to the period represented (1870-1900).
Setup can begin Wednesday, May 21.
Vendors can start packing up Sunday, May 25 after 2 P.M.
Vendors are encouraged to open early and/or close late to serve the shooters and their guests.
Parking is permitted in designated areas only.

A campground with no hookups or electrical is available at a cost of $25.00.
